What it cost me to get
this far and why it won’t cost you the same:
BOOKS – over 80 books in 30 years, looking for the
answers (diet, vitamins, exercise, general health). And
those are just the ones I kept track of over the years. At
an average cost of $18 = $1440. And the time to read them.
WARDROBE: different size clothes over the years for
up and down weight – thousands of dollars.
VITAMINS: I was spending over $90 a month, twenty
years ago, on vitamins and supplements. More than $1000
per year. In those days, that was a lot. Much of it was
unnecessary. I haven’t done that in years.
EXERCISE TAPES: from Jane Fonda to Richard Simmons
- $150.
SPECIAL FOODS: On one program, my wife and I were
spending $80 to $90 per week on special foods, per person.
Six months: over $2000 per person. And we didn’t learn
anything to take with us. We just lined up each week to
buy the food. Also, there were meetings to attend, two
schedules to arrange, etc. Sorry, too busy.
I’ve condensed all the best, practical, realistically
workable parts from all my experience, and put them into
superhealthONE™. What I’ve done for myself, I now

I wish I’d had this information
twenty years ago. Don’t repeat my mistakes.
Do you really want to waste years of your time and money,

The younger you are the more important this is. If you
start with the proper information, you won’t be putting
all that unnecessary stress on your mind and body by doing
the wrong things for years. For younger people - starting
early in life on my program - think of the longer,
healthier life you can enjoy. Especially considering the
advances in medicine every year, that are lengthening our
lives.
You’ll learn: about aspirin (what is the one critical
question you must ask before you take aspirin?. page 23);
what diet has to do with blood pressure, prostate, immune
system, breast (and other) cancers, osteoporosis,
diabetes, digestion (I don’t take anti-acids anymore),
mental ability, concentration, peak performance, sleep and
more.
Does it sound like superhealthONE™ is a cure-all,
doing many different things? No, your body and your
choices are the “cure-all”. Remember: you’ll be dealing
with the basics of your own individual physiology. If
those basic elements are healthy, your body has strong

In addition to many diets, (way back to “The Drinking
Man’s Diet” invented in the late 60’s, and the high
protein diets of the late 70’s - Dr. Atkins, etc.) I’ve
been through: Transcendental Meditation; a medical
hypnosis course with the famous British
hypnotist/psychologist, Dr. Emil Franchel; weight
training; several intense motivational seminars; Martial
Arts; acupuncture training; vitamin “therapy” and extended
physiotherapy. Through all my experiences, the answer was
always the same thing: Me. Whatever there was to do, I was
responsible for doing it.
Most other programs concentrate on only one area, diet,
instead of covering all three areas as I do; and those
programs still promote old ideas proven now to be the
wrong approach, by a growing number of bio-physiologists,
doctors, and coaches. You can use only the diet and do
very well. I’ve made the combination diet the best
available. However, if you use all three areas the
benefits will be enormous.
By using all three areas, if you are less than perfect in
one area, you can put the emphasis on the other two areas
temporarily. If you miss a couple days at the gym, or home
exercise, be a little more concerned with you calories. If
you find you’re “cheating” a little too much, emphasize
your superhealthFOCUS™ and walk a little more. You
have many more choices with superhealthONE™.
Also included, a year of updates. I won’t wait months to
pass on whatever I discover, because there is no
pre-determined publishing schedule. Whenever I discover
something I think you should know – I’ll send out a
newsletter or E-mail immediately. It’s your health – it

Don’t rush yourself. Change gradually and safely – but
permanently.
Have you led a sedentary life too long, gaining weight;
cutting back on activities you used to enjoy? Are you
recovering from an accident, illness, surgery (like I
did)? Have you been told by your doctor you must lose
weight, for health reasons?
Health has never been more important than now. You have to
deal with far more stress on your mind and body than your
grandparents ever did. One way or another, you are
affected by a multitude of food additives, chemicals,
hormones, pollution, the general U.S. tendency toward
excess weight, job, economy and many other stresses. Now
is the time to do something to defend yourself from those
stresses and gain permanent health, and control.
Just a few days ago I watched a TV program, on a major
network, that compared the approaches and results of many
diets. I had been on all but one of them. Their
conclusions didn’t even come close to guiding people in
the proper direction. I thought the program was
essentially negative and a waste of time. There’s still
much misinformation out there; I don’t have to look far
for examples. Are you concerned about what you see in the
mirror, how you feel, and perhaps what your doctor has
told you. Be absolutely certain this is what you want, and
that you’re really interested in your long term health.
Don’t send for superhealthONE™, fail to apply the
information, then blame my program. Buy some other
program; I have my reputation to maintain, and that comes
first.
I agree with the observations of health care
professionals; I’ve felt for years that the aging baby
boomer generation would have more serious health problems,
than previous generations.
Why? Just because of their diets. Now we’re seeing the
results many felt inevitable, not only in older people,
but adult diseases in pre-teens as well. Not a good
statement on our national health.
Weight loss and maintenance is far more than appearance.
The effect of obesity on breast cancer, clogged arteries,
and diabetes alone has been called, by health care
professionals, a “ticking time bomb”. Do you want to be a
ticking time bomb? And those are just a few of the
diseases you’ll learn to fight against. You’ll learn how
to strengthen your immune system. A healthy immune system
is an awesome protective tool.
Remember: as a client, you can write me with your
questions. I always answer as many as I can. Individual
consultations are available, but I’m booked at least five
weeks in advance, and I take off a month occasionally. If
you have a particular problem or goal, the individual
consultation is right for you.
If you do decide on a personal consultation, be sure to
read the workbook just before we talk, so everything will
be fresh in your mind. I do not want to waste your money
by going over areas already covered in your present
program. However, I suggest you keep your expenses down,
by seeing how well you do on your own first.
