superhealthONE™ will not be replaced by some other “breakthrough” diet. How many “fantastic”, “amazing”, “breakthrough”, diets do you see in magazines, at the supermarket every month? My program deals with the basic needs of your individual physiology, and what is basically you, will not change. In magazine articles, what’s good and bad for your changes constantly. With superhealthONE™ you dramatically influence the guarantee of your success, because you’re not just eliminating/replacing elements of your diet; you’re eliminating/replacing properly for you.

Other “diet only” plans don’t give the permanent results of superhealthONE™. This is the only program that covers the three areas important to your health – diet, exercise, Focus – in one plan. I deliberately designed it that way to be useful to the broadest spectrum of people, because the program deals with the individual. That’s why I answer as many letters as I possibly can – to make your program reflect your needs.

Why this program as opposed to others?

Because I give you a blockbuster program. superhealthONE™ is a condensation of over thirty years of practical experience, and focuses on results. Why? Because people get bored with long, complicated instructions, many things to memorize, and tedious programs – and they give up (I’ve done that myself). So, I focus on permanent results. This is absolutely fundamental to everything.

The results you see will give your will power a giant leap ahead. Knowledge also builds will power. I think combinations of elements that multiply the benefits for you are very important and I’ve included all my combinations of elements in superhealthONE™. I’ve used not only the results of my own experience but the results of other long term studies that included college and professional athletes – swimmers, football players, basketball stars; people who suffered from chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, weakness.

All those people, with their various activities, and problems, could not have had long term success, if the science was not valid. That doesn’t make sense. Therefore, if people try to discredit the approach I present, ask them what their experience has been, that qualifies them to disagree.

Look at the pictures. Health is everything. If you don’t have your health, you can’t make long term plans. When you look at your own “after” pictures, you’ll want results – not long technical explanations, or excuses, why something didn’t work.

I’ll even include my facial exercise (pg. 37) that will help keep you looking younger, naturally; especially effective with a diet that will reduce the tissue inflammation research has associated with wrinkles. I’ll also show you how to grow your own excellent skin care product, cheaply; even if you live in an apartment (pg. 38).

If you want anything easier than this – you’re not serious about your health. Buy some other program and complain, again, when it doesn’t work.

The Program consists of:
COMBINATION OF TWO DIETS, INCLUDING VITAMINS

Diets: very little to memorize. A quick reference guide that eliminates long lists of rules, calorie counting, fat counting, charts. Quick start, but safe. No special foods – natural foods are better for you, provide more concentrated energy, don’t have additives, and are much cheaper in the long run. Learn how to make the correct combinations of the foods you already eat; the way your body was really designed to use those foods. Learn how to eat desserts, and your other favorite foods correctly, so you don’t have to give them up and feel deprived; this is one of the main reasons people give me for quitting diets. I’ll show you how to “cheat” successfully (pg. 4). And, how you can make “cheating” actually work in your favor, by applying just a little thought to your choices. Also, learn why “cheat” is not really the accurate word to use. All this is easy to do, and will become automatic in a short time. Why? Because of the way you do it.

Vitamins: I’ll save you thousands of dollars, over the years. What really works? (I don’t sell vitamins – I only make recommendations.)

EXERCISE

What ONE EXERCISE should you learn, that will work for the rest of you life (pg. 20)? Rain, shine, home, travel, vacation – take it with you. Exercise is optional, but the correct amount (not excessive) for you, is very important for long term health. This is especially important if you choose to go on to superhealthTWO™.
